Management and Rental Fees

MANDATE OF MANAGEMENT

. Monthly commission on rent 8% TTC

. Fees 1st Rent: 10% of the annual rent distributed:

- Drafting of the Lease, Visit, Constitution of the file

3.5% of the annual rent payable by the tenant
3.5% of the annual rent paid by the owner

-Status of places

1.5% of the annual rent payable by the tenant
1.5% of the annual rent paid by the owner

Unpaid rent insurance 2.66% of rent + SOLLY AZAR charges
(Subject to the notion of solvency of the tenant retained by the insurance company)

RENTAL MANDATE

One month's rent payable by the landlord + one month rent payable by the tenant *.

(*) Not exceeding:

- Drafting of the Lease, Visit, Constitution of the file

8 € / m2 charged to the tenant
8 € / m2 at the expense of the owner

-Status of places

3 € / m2 charged to the tenant
3 € / m2 at the expense of the owner
